Good morning,

Some news in bulk:

- After the start of the "revolution" range, delivery times are very often 1 hour on the "Kimsufi". However, we have more of a struggle to keep pace with ordering on the "SP / EG / MG / HG" ranges. we sold a lot of servers thanks to the excellent configurations that we propose with the "revolution" range with a good value for money that you cannot find anywhere else. Usually we sell between 200/250 servers a day but we are selling at a higher rate now. Therefore we are adapting the production to the orders. We will need a few days to define correctly the quantity to manufacture each day.

- For the moment, we maintain a limit of 2 servers per month per customer. It is believed that from late September, we will be able to remove any limit by delivering in an 1 hour all references whatever the quantity of servers.

- We have finalized the development of the subscription. It will be mandatory
for Kimsufi customers who wish to maintain the monthly payment. To unsubscribe, it will be enough to send us a letter 15 days before the expiry date. Thus, we can close the server on the anniversary and lease to a new customer a few hours after the end of the contract. But above all we know 15 days in advance the quantity of servers not renewed and adjust the amount of servers to produce each day. Now we know Day +10 if we can lease the server or not. We currently lose 10 days of billing and production is not really suited to your orders. We expect to start subscriptions today or by next week.

- Starting Monday, new customers will receive a letter by post in order to validate their first order. This lengthens the process of making the 1st order from 1 hour to 24/48h. But after this, orders will be validated automatically. The blocking of Morocco will be removed Monday or Tuesday. Then, as soon as the system is "stable", we will send the letter of validation to all customers who placed the order these 3 months, then 6 months and 1 year and then ... 10 years. The goal is to automate the realization of orders for all our customers and ensure deadlines whatever time the customer, regardless of his/her connection and the type of payment. Currently, we validate all orders manually and sometimes request evidence from the customers. Investigating the lives of our customers disturbs us very much, but more importantly we lose time and it complicates relations. It is believed that the letter for the 1st order is the best solution.

- We decided to take a few more days to start the reseller package. Indeed, the contract is more complicated to establish than was planned. We wanted to put a lot of innovations in the relationship between the final customer, the reselller and Ovh, we must define it correctly. It is hoped to start within a few days entries for resellers agents and white labels, then the rest in October.

- The datacentre Roubaix 1 is nearly full, we still have a few spaces. We will start to use Roubaix 2 in 1 or 2 weeks. Everything is almost ready. To begin with, 4 rooms able to host 20,000 servers. The total capacity of the datacentre is not yet fully known, but should be more than 100,000 servers.

- After the 1st generation of 2004 with GreenCooling (liquid cooling) and after the 2nd generation of 2008 of the EcoRoom (coupling cooling with liquid ooling without air conditioning in the hall), we are going to test the 3rd generation datacentre environment. We'll talk about it very soon because we decided to unveil our technology. Indeed, so far we see regularly tests of some of our competitors in the cooling liquid and all these tests remain experimental. Liquid cooling is not simple to implement in an industrial environment but this is not complex either. Just open the bonnet of a car to see liquid cooling technology that works ... Our technology has 4 years in over 40,000 servers and across 3 datacentres It enables us to be cheaper than all our competitors for one simple reason: it consumes less energy. Our datacentres generate less heat and require fewer natural resources to work. It is time for these technologies to be used more broadly in the context of datacentres, medium term because it will not be possible otherwise. The cost of energy is already the 1st bill and will increase in the years to come.

- We ended the 2nd part of DC1 in Paris and is now the datacentre operating at 100%. We install new customers since the beginning of the week respecting the waiting list. DC1 in Paris should be within a few meets Dozens of weeks. If you have housing needs, please contact us.

- We have plans to start a DC1 in Roubaix. And innovate again. Indeed,
we want to develop a new technology hosting racks and stop using a wall of buildings for physical security, but simply 40-foot containers with 2 fences 4m high the tower and an entry "sas bank." The idea we came the day when we received the 1st generator: it is arrived in a container. Since we have 4 containers (2MVA each) on our ground. Sun offers more than 10 years since containers servers. So why not for miniDC? We will start the construction of a DC1 to Roubaix develop technology and offer our customers the North. Depending the customer's home, we will deploy technology across Europe and a speed of madness (3 days to install a miniDC anywhere) ... or we are using the DC1 in Roubaix for our own needs (the backups for example).

- The establishment of the "ChtiX" network is moving slowly. Much more slowly than expected. But we almost finished London (with 5 datacentres), Brussels (with 2 datacentres) Amsterdam (3 datacentres), Paris (with 8 datacentres) and Frankfurt (3 datacentres). We start next week the deployment of the loop and the South East to know Madrid, Milan, Zurick, Prague, Vienna and Warsaw. We have teams on the spot since our subsidiaries will manage Madrid Spain, the subsidiary of Italy will manage Milan and Zurick and a subsidiary of Poland will manage Prague, Vienna and Warsaw.

- We increased the capabilities of our network with +2 x10G on Linx (London), +10 G Teleglobe (in Paris and then transported to own directly in the datacentre), +10 G Global Crossing (London), +10 G Level3 (Amsterdam). Our datacentre in Roubaix is in 4ms of London, 4ms for Amsterdam, 4ms for Paris, 12 ms of Frankfurt and 1ms of Brussels. For European hosting there is no better. In terms of security of the connection we have 2 have separate links to the South (between Roubaix and Paris) and 2 separate links to the
North (towards London and Amsterdam / Brussels) with suppliers of transit and peering on 2 sides. The total capacity of our network has increased to over 300Gbps.

- The web hosting went about apache 2 in its entirety. The data is currently copying to the new SAN. 60gp is done. 90plan nearing completion. We will begin 240plan. We will propose innovations in terms of storage and bandwidth soon as everything is copied. You can for example visit your site up in 2 weeks, simply [url] http://. [/ url] This is just one example ...

- We are going then to interconnect with France Telecom for the VoIP from next week. It should take 4 weeks to complete. It is believed that by mid-October all operations are completed. We are moving forward on all same type of projects with all providers in Europe to collect Voice in each country.
It is difficult, it takes time, but we'll eventually get there. The success of our offers in test range shows that there is a real need for cheap telephony, with excellent quality, no echo, and scalable from 1 to 100 stations but that you can order within 24-48h. You receive the telephone in 24 working hours, you plug it in 3 minutes and it's working.

- We are closer to 40,000 servers leased and 1,000,000 domain names under management.

Regards,

Octave

1/2 Translation

Good morning,
Some news in bulk:

-- After the start of the "revolution" range delivery times are very often 1 hour on the Kimsufi range. The con is we have been struggling to keep up with the pace of ordering on the ranges "SP / EG / MG / HG".

The Sales were off to a great start thanks to the excellent configuration that is proposed on the "revolution" range with a good compromise in quality and price. We are always at the level of supplying 200-250 servers per day but across various ranges. Therefore we will adapt current production to properly determine the quantities required to produce each day.

It is believed that from late September we will be able to remove any limit by delivering a 1 hour setup on all servers, whatever the quantity required.

Now we know if you can or cannot lease the server. We lost 10 days of billing and production in the past which is not suited to your ordering pattern. It is expected we start subscriptions today or next week.

-- Starting Monday, new customers are to receive a letter by mail in order to validate their first order. This helps us meet the deadlines outlined on the site, but mostly it allows all orders to be validated automatically. The blocking of Morocco will be removed Monday or Tuesday. Currently, we validate all orders manually and when uncertain regarding the clients details we ask for verification. Entering the lives of our Customers disturbs us very much, but more importantly we lose time and it complicates relations. It is believed that the letter for the 1st order is the best solution.

-- We decided to take a few more days before starting reseller plans.
The contract is more complicated than was planned. We wanted to put a lot of innovations in the relationship between the end customer, the dealer and Ovh, and we must define it correctly.
It is hoped that within a few days we can start taking orders for resellers and agents, with the rest in October.
