Do you allow warez linking on the dedicated severs??

Ovh don't tolerate copyright infringement on our servers. If we receive legitimate complaints about what's hosted on a server you'd be asked to remove it, if we receive alot of complaints the server could be suspended and you wouldn't receive a refund.

legitimate complaint is illegal files which ovh will not tolerate, That included "nulled" files.

I think thats about right :)

Doesn't include warez linking imo though.

Read the terms of service. If it's listed there (which I think it is) then it's not ok.

Well, I have no servers in OVH yet, so I didn't read TOS - waiting for international orders. But I searched "General terms and conditions of services" and "Special conditions for website hosting services on a dedicated server" from here http://www.ovh.co.uk/individual/customerspace/termsofservice/ for words "warez", "copyright", "infrigement" and there's no match ...
