- HG Large OK -> 1 hour
As we can see, we have finally synchronized production with your orders. We have in fact increased the production of kimsufi 2XL, 4XL and EG BestOf.
We are continuing the promotion on the Kimsufi 2XL that appeals a lot. No surprise: an Intel Pentium Dual with 2GB of RAM for £25 +VAT / month is .... not bad:)
This week, we moved our offices to the new premises. This took us the whole week to move all the support, incident, dev, admin and management teams. It will still take 2-3 weeks to get used to the new offices. We left the offices where we grew up (our first 9 years). It's something ... We'll get over nostalgia:)
This week we'll finish routers to Espanix, MIX, VIX, PL-IX WIX, NIX and TIX. They will go early this week. If we are lucky, the first peering in South / South East / East Europe will be established during the week.
1 month after the revolution range, we can calmly say that the main problem of the reload range has been resolved. Indeed, we well-separated the "individual/ games / kimsufi" market and the "business / pro" one. We will now deal with the problem of "tour-over".
The systematic validation by postal mail of all orders of dedicated servers has enabled us to reduce unpayments to almost zero per day. The hackers have even stopped trying to order servers at Ovh. It is useless to use an SMS number for an order that will not be processed anyway. But before they even tried to order servers with the old ID (they had created 6 months ago or 2 years ago) but everything was blocked by the fact that the validation by mail has been systematic and therefore for each customer, each order. Next, the hackers tried to attack our clients by phishing our manager. The purpose is to place orders for servers by posing as a real Ovh customer. These orders were again blocked due to the fact that validation of orders has been systematic. Now we see that hackers are now trying with some of our competitors.
The network scans are regularly blocked manually. We ended the system of automatically putting servers into "rescue mode" after the discovery of a scan. We will put in place during the week.
To sum up, we are beginning to keep our head out of the water and restart thinking about our customers, new services and new features. We will finally be able to finish KVM, IP load balancing, firewall, the private vlan etc.
Regards,
Octave
