Server Connection

Just wondering if there is a guide on how to connect to the server once we have paid for it?

I recieved the acceptance email with the server IP, name and password etc, and I am trying to connect to it using TightVNC but it keeps saying it cant connect.

If you have Windows server, use standard Remote Desktop Connection in the Windows.

If you have linux server, use Putty.
