Hello,
The work on the development of Standard, Premium and Business SLA is getting well. Find out more: http://translate.google.co.uk/transl...-8&sl=fr&tl=en
These SLA currently apply on rbx-60-c1 and vss-1-6k.
Regards,
Octave
Here is a sum up of Standard, Premium and Business SLA.
You have 100Mbps/client. This means that the customer has 100Mbps for all servers at Ovh. With Kimsufi, he can not exceed 100Mbps/client. With PRO offers, if he uses <20Mbps / server, it may exceed 100Mbps/client. All this without paying more. Everything is included in the price of servers. To overcome > 100Mbps/client and> 20Mbps/serveur, it can also buy more bandwidth. In any case, we do not limit the Ovh internal traffic (between Ovh Ips)
The details:
- Without any additional fees (all included in the server price):
-------------------------------------------------- -----
- The Kimsufi, by default, "SLA Standard Burstable": 100 Mbps guaranteed in a non-permanent way, aka bandwidth burstable temporarily to 100Mbps. (temporarily means "less than 24 hours").
- If the customer uses bandwidth intensively and / or permanently, it is switched to "SLA Standard noBurstable" guarantee 10Mbps, not burstable.
Note:
Generally speaking, we do not want to give more guarantees for Kimsufi offers. Either the customer is an individual and does not need these guarantees or he is a PRO and he has to switch to PRO offers that have all necessary guarantees.
- PRO, default is "SLA Premium": the guaranteed bandwidth of 100Mbps, not burstable.
- If the customer uses > 100Mbps/client and is doing > 20Mbps/serveur, the server which is > 20Mbps will switch to SLA Premium Burstable: bandwidth guarantee of 20Mbps, 500Mbps burstable / server, the burst evolves between 500Mbps and 0Mbps according to peak time and rush hours and depends on the destination.
- With additional options that the customer can pay for (PRO only):
-------------------------------------------------- --------------------
If the customer wants > 100Mbps/client AND > 20Mbps/serveur, he may purchase option SLA Business. It may go to 1Gbps/client.
For servers with 100Mbps connection:
- SLA Business, 100Mbps guarantee, 500Mbps burstable / server at £149/month
For servers with 1Gbps connection:
- SLA Business, 100Mbps guarantee, 500Mbps burstable / server at £149/month
- SLA Business, guarantee 200Mbps, 500Mbps burstable / server at £299/month
- SLA Business, guarantee 300Mbps, 500Mbps burstable / server at £349/month
If the customer uses the burst intensively and / or permanently (temporarily means "less than 36 hours"). it is switched to
- SLA Business noBurstable guaranteed 100Mbps not burstable / server
- SLA Business noBurstable guaranteed 200Mbps not burstable / server
- SLA Business noBurstable guaranteed 300Mbps not burstable / server
We can summarize all this by:
- The Kimsufi are suitable for non-business use
- The PRO is suitable for professional use with the guarantees necessary
- With SLA Business, the customer can buy the bandwidth to go up to 1Gbps.
