I ordered the i7-2T 2 days ago (order 6866513), and it said there were 6 servers (at the time) available in 1h. The order status did actually change to say "Completed" next to the server, however it has said "To Do" next to the OS installation for about 40 hours.
I'm not being impatient, as I know that deployment can take up to 72 hours and was aware of this before I ordered, but i'm concerned that there may be a problem with the order in my case, as it seems to be the OS installation that is taking so long and I thought that this would be the fastest part.
Customer services just sent me a reminder of the general delivery timescales.
Has anyone else experienced this when ordering? Does it normally hang on the OS installation?
