OVH/Kimsufi does not increase or decrease the price when you order a server, it stays the same. The previous C-05G had a 500GB, but the new C-250G only has a 250GB hard drive, so the models are different, hence the price difference.

Fair enough, For the sake of £60/year It's unlikely that I'd go through the hassle of downgrading.

As it is (apart from the machine mysteriously dying every now and then) I've been very happy with the service.
