Hello

I am interested in your dedicated servers and have a few questions:
- Can i rent from Slovenia (EU)? Payment possible by VISA, bank transfer, paypal or similar...
- What does 'availability' mean (1H, 72H - what is this)?
- What is the difference between Standard and Burstable kimsufi series? Do i understand correctly for Standard that every day if you use more than 10mbps for over 5% of the day it is capped to 10mbps instead of 100mbps for the next day? Or for how long? What is the difference to Burstable?
- What is 'OVH to Internet (Transit)' and 'OVH to Internet (Peering)'?
- Some servers lose all settings if they are rebooted or crashed (i think those Amazon ones), is this the case here with RPS or dedicated? Essentially every time you boot it's like you just installed the OS, it doesn't remember anything from before... Does it happen here too?
- Can kimsufi packages be ordered by a business (like Ltd.), or it must be by individual? If Standard SLA is OK for the business.

Thank you & i look forward to using your services.

Wow, I seriously hope support is faster than your forum replies.
Seeing how you happly post news updates but not answer your possible clients, that doesn't say anything nice about your support.

Hello

1) I am afraid we do not supply servers to Slovenia yet we require a UK Address to order form ovh.co.uk, for list of countries we supply servers to please look at the following link, http://www.ovh.co.uk/individual/items/framework/disponibilite.xml

2) The availability section is how many servers we have deployable in that time frame, so if the payment and check is okay so customers have their server online within an hour.

3) The Standard and Burstable are calculated monthly so if your average is over 10mpbs over the month. However we take off the 5% which normally the bursts. The main difference is if you exceed the 95% rule.

Standard you get 100mpbs on Peering but on Burstable you only get a certain amount.

Standard we do not guarantee your Transit but on Burstable we guarantee you a certain amount.

4) Transit are network links that we have to pay for and Peering links are free.

5) You do not loose all your data when you reboot a server, you can reboot your server at any time in the Manager. Sometimes you loose a small amount of data, a bit like when you computer at home crashes.

6) A Kimsufi can be ordered by a business or an individual.
