Hello there,
Thanks for taking the time to read my thread, I was curious of your policy's on downtime, I've noticed that switch's fail quite often at Kimsufi and I was curious what your policy on downtime was, for example if I was down on my box for 2-3 days would I be compensated with extra time on my subscription etc?.
