You can't. It has to be opted for when you first order a server, with the 'pro' option.
SwitchPort 1Gbps (Option available only when you first order the server)

When you order the server initially you need to tick the box 'SwitchPort 1Gbps (£10 / month)'. If you click on 'Sign Up' and you will see the box on that page.

After the server is setup you cannot get a 1Gbps switchport, it must be ordered here,
