I need about 5-6tb bandwidth a month. I wonder which plan is best for me..
burstable or standard?
And which plan do you guys use & recommend?

There is no real better solution and it will depends on a case by case basis.
The difference between the standard and the burstable series, will be only the traffic limitation that will might be placed only after having exceeded the bandwidth limit, which is counted on the 95 percentile.
For example on the burstable series you can see that the server will might be limited to the following:
OVH to Internet 8 Mbps 10 Mbps 10 Mbps 12 Mbps 12 Mbps 12 Mbps using both peering and transit links.
On the standard series, you can see that the server will not be limited on the peering links and it will not have any guarantee on the traffic used on the transit links between 11am and 1am:
OVH to Internet
(Peering) 100 Mbps 100 Mbps 100 Mbps 100 Mbps 100 Mbps 100 Mbps
OVH to Internet (Transit) Not guaranteed between 11am and 1am.
